Our Story
Tryst is an award-winning skincare destination at 29 Main Street in Hingham, founded in April 2012 by Kelly O’Keefe, an award-winning wedding makeup artist. From that foundation, Tryst grew into a full medical wellness & aesthetics studio — combining esthetic and medical aesthetic services under one roof.
The studio is built on safe, high-quality products and top-of-the-line technology, staying current with skincare advancements so every visit blends ultimate relaxation with goal-oriented, effective skincare therapies.
Medical aesthetic services at this location are provided by licensed medical professionals through a separate medical practice, Main Esthetics, PC, owned and operated by Dr. Howard Kesselman.
Medical Treatments
Provided by our board-certified Nurse Practitioner through Main Esthetics, PC.
Customized medical-grade treatments for acne, hyperpigmentation, aging, and texture — recommended every 4–6 weeks.
FDA-cleared collagen induction therapy that smooths texture, reduces fine lines, and minimizes pores. Series of 3 recommended.

Esthetic services require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; no-shows are charged in full. Laser hair removal and injectable appointments require 48 hours’ notice and carry a $250 cancellation/no-show fee. Emergency exceptions considered at management’s discretion.
